Site Visit Logistics Survey

Welcome to the visit logistics survey! Whittier is excited to welcome you this April and the information you provide will help us ensure a smooth visit. Arrival for the visit will be Tuesday, April 5th, and the visit will take place April 6 (Wed), 7 (Thu), and 8 (Fri). Check-in is at three and check-out is at 12.

The Doubletree is a short walk (<.5 mile) from Campus and multiple dining opportunities. We will have a shuttle available for hotel/campus travel each morning and afternoon. Teams typically arrive on a Tuesday afternoon and depart at noon on Friday. Arrival for the visit will therefore be Tuesday, April 5th, and the visit will take place April 6 (Wed), 7 (Thu), and 8 (Fri). If you have special plans, just let us know in the boxes below.

IMPORTANT COVID INFORMATION

We remain hopeful that COVID infection rates will continue to drop and will enable us to host the visit in person; however, we will be closely monitoring the situation and will consult with WASC about the best way to proceed once the visit is a bit closer.
